Role Overview
We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on transforming data into clear, performance-driven actions that help optimise products, games, and operational processes. You’ll monitor performance across our BI environment, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with the Operations Manager to propose strategic initiatives.
You’ll also contribute to enhancing our internal back office (BO) system, ensuring both internal teams and clients benefit from intuitive, data-rich dashboards. This role suits someone who is highly proactive, analytical, and confident, working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse performance metrics across products, games, and operations to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Investigate performance fluctuations, identify causes, and propose data-led solutions and optimisations.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to deliver performance reports and strategic recommendations.
- Suggest and help implement enhancements to the back office (BO) data presentation and UX/UI to improve client experience.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualisations for key business stakeholders.
- Support forecasting, benchmarking, and KPI refinement across teams.
- Proactively monitor BI metrics to flag opportunities and potential issues before they escalate.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a BI or Data Analyst role, preferably within iGaming or a similar data-centric digital industry.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
- Proficiency with Qlik (QlikView or Qlik Sense) is highly advantageous.
- Understanding of database structures and querying (SQL familiarity preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in presenting findings to varied audiences.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously.
Preferred
- Experience improving or developing BI dashboards or client-facing data tools.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles for data usability and presentation.
- Familiarity with gaming performance metrics such as GGR, retention, and player activity.
